You could do with recruiting technical staff specifically for app design or maybe even just pay a fee for somebody to overhaul the software and solve the bugs. For example, somebody has just replied to my message on a chat but the chat won't let me scroll down far enough to read the message. Why have a chat feature if you can't read messages.. Happy to upgrade my review to 5 stars if glitches are resolved"

"I swear I really tried to give this app a go, but it is so badly put together. The interface is so bad, nothing makes sense, the documentation is outdated, it is a mess. As a technology professional I found it absolutely painful to use. I cannot recommend any regular user to take a shot. I'm sorry for the parents that have to use this app because of their clubs."

I know I should only be able to see chat from when I joined the team but I seem to have a cut off message with a white screen, will email details"
